We are a clothing manufacturer specialising in private label sportswear production for established fashion brands and retailers. We support scalable cut & sew manufacturing from tech pack development through to bulk production.

We produce hoodies, sweatshirts, track pants, tracksuits, shorts, and selected outerwear styles. Production is managed through structured workflows focused on consistency, repeatability, and alignment with brand specifications.

We operate full cut & sew production directly from tech packs, managing sampling, fit approval, and bulk execution. Fit grading, measurement tolerances, and fabric GSM control are maintained to ensure consistency across repeat orders and seasonal programs.

Hoodies and sweatshirts are produced with controlled finishing processes including brushing, garment dyeing, and washing treatments. We maintain stability in shrinkage, handfeel, and fabric surface across bulk production.

Bottoms and tracksuits are engineered for durability and structured wear performance, with reinforced seams, waistband recovery control, and consistent construction standards across production runs.

We apply strict fabric batching and dye lot control for coordinated sets, ensuring colour consistency and alignment across multiple styles. All production is inspected under structured QC systems aligned with AQL standards.

Our facility is equipped with industrial cutting, sewing, and finishing machinery, supporting scalable output and stable production capacity. Lead times typically range from 6–10 weeks depending on style complexity and volume.
